Léonard Cormier, 74, of Foyer St-Thomas, formerly of Memramcook East, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, May 28, 2003. Born In Moncton, he was the son of the late Albert Cormier and Bella Melanson.
He was a Kraft Food shipper for 14 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Memramcook East and the Golden Age Club of Memramcook.
He is survived by his wife Leda (LeBlanc) Cormier; one daughter; Patricia (Donald) Gauvin of La Montain, two sons, Robert (Phyllis) Cormier of Memramcook East, Charles (Murielle) Cormier of La Montain; four sisters, Irène (late Arthur) Landry of Memramcook, Cannella (Roger) Caissie of Cocagne, Rosia (Normand) Gallant of Moncton, Hectorine (Paul) Gaudet of Old Shediac Rd; one brother, Alyre (late Rosa) Cormier of Memramcook East; three grand-children, Denis, Luc, Patrick; several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral Service to take place at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East on Saturday, May 31, 2003 at 11:00 am. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
